Overview

Today’s commercial buildings are increasingly air tight and filled with heat generating office equipment and lighting, which can present a challenge to maintain a stable and comfortable internal environment. Buildings account for around half of all UK greenhouse emissions and government legislation is demanding much higher standards of air quality and significant improvements in energy efficiency in the drive to Net Carbon Zero.

In order to reduce the impact of the built environment the key is to find cooling, heating, ventilation & control solutions that tie in optimum energy efficiency with excellent design and control.

Modern air conditioning systems utilise renewable heat pump technology and can both cool and heat very efficiently. They are more than double the efficiency levels of 10 to 15 year old systems and are typically 4 times more efficient at heating spaces than conventional gas or electric heating systems all of which can result in substantially reduced running costs and lower carbon emissions.

Todays systems can also simultaneously heat and cool different spaces to balance energy use across a building and can supply hot water thereby negating the need for traditional heating and separate air conditioning systems.

The company has almost 20 years experience providing these systems and holds the coveted MCS accreditation for the installation of Air Source Heat Pumps.

Elliott’s would be very happy to undertake a free consultation for you and in many cases the significant energy savings of installing new modern systems can give a very quick payback on your investment which if combined with the various cost effective finance packages can result in minimal cashflow impact. The result being an improved office environment, improved air quality, reduced cost and a very positive long term impact to the environment and support the drive to Carbon Net Zero.
