Elliott’s regularly install simple split unit AC systems into residential homes. These can be either for a single room or multiple rooms. They are super quiet and attractive. They can cool and heat and as they use green heat pump technology are super efficient. They are also zero rated for VAT.

Elliotts undertook the design, installation and commissioning of a heat pump VRF AC system in a high end office refurbishment project in Central London. The Outdoor condensers were roof mounted. Inside the system included 12 units in floor standing cased style units to blend in with the aesthetics of the building.

Elliotts undertook the design and installation of a small Monodraught Hybrid ventilation and extract system within the Café open roof at high level. This was combined with a solid ducted connection to an external louvre. This provided an extremely energy efficient way to remove odours and bring fresh air into the café.
